ProntoNotion is a quick memo app that sends user-entered content to Notion. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising tracking. The app uses only the information needed to connect to Notion, save memos, provide widgets, manage purchases, and support users.

1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how ProntoNotion handles information when you use the ProntoNotion mobile app and related support pages. For privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information We Handle

3. Notion Connection
ProntoNotion connects to Notion using Notion OAuth. The app can access only the Notion pages and databases that you authorize during the Notion connection flow. You can manage or remove the connection from Notion's connection settings and from ProntoNotion's app settings.
The Notion authorization page is provided by Notion and may use Notion cookies or similar technologies for sign-in and security. ProntoNotion does not read, write, or use Notion website cookies for advertising or tracking.
4. Permissions
- Microphone and speech recognition: used only when you start voice input.
- Photo library: used only when you choose an image to attach to a Notion file property.
- Internet access: used for Notion API access, Notion OAuth, purchases, and support-related functionality.
5. Third-Party Services
ProntoNotion uses third-party services necessary to provide the app:
- Notion: used to authorize access and save memos to the Notion destinations you choose.
- RevenueCat: used to manage purchase status for ProntoNotion Pro.
- Google Play Billing and Apple in-app purchase systems: used to process purchases and restorations.
- Operating system speech recognition services: used when you start voice input.
6. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not show ads in the app.
- We do not use advertising tracking.
- We do not access Notion pages or databases that you did not authorize.
- We do not use the microphone unless you start voice input.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Memo history, settings, widget configuration, and Notion connection information may remain on your device until you delete them, disconnect Notion, uninstall the app, or clear app data. Content saved to Notion is managed by Notion and your Notion workspace settings. Purchase records are managed by the app stores and RevenueCat.
8. Security
Notion access tokens are stored using secure storage mechanisms available on the device. We limit data handling to what is needed for app functionality. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
ProntoNotion is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

3. Notion連携
ProntoNotionはNotion OAuthを使ってNotionへ接続します。アプリがアクセスできるのは、ユーザーがNotion接続時に許可したページおよびデータベースのみです。接続はNotion側の接続設定、およびProntoNotionのアプリ設定から管理または解除できます。
Notionの認可ページはNotionにより提供され、サインインやセキュリティのためにNotionのCookieまたは類似技術が使用される場合があります。ProntoNotionは、NotionウェブサイトのCookieを読み取り、書き込み、広告またはトラッキングに使用することはありません。
4. 権限
- マイクおよび音声認識: ユーザーが音声入力を開始した場合にのみ使用します。

6. 行わないこと
- 個人データを販売しません。
- アプリ内に広告を表示しません。
- 広告トラッキングを行いません。
- ユーザーが許可していないNotionページまたはデータベースへアクセスしません。
- ユーザーが音声入力を開始していない状態でマイクを使用しません。
7. データの保持と削除
メモ履歴、設定、ウィジェット設定、Notion接続情報は、ユーザーが削除、Notion接続解除、アプリのアンインストール、またはアプリデータの消去を行うまで端末内に残る場合があります。Notionへ保存されたコンテンツはNotionおよびユーザーのNotionワークスペース設定に従って管理されます。購入記録は各アプリストアおよびRevenueCatにより管理されます。
8. セキュリティ
Notionアクセストークンは、端末で利用可能なセキュアストレージ機構を使って保存されます。ProntoNotionは、アプリ機能に必要な範囲に限定して情報を取り扱います。ただし、送信または保存の方法が完全に安全であることを保証することはできません。
9. 子どもの利用
ProntoNotionは子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。子どもから個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。
10. 変更
アプリ、利用サービス、法令等の変更に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを更新することがあります。最新版は更新日とともにこのページに掲載します。
